THE GREAT GATSBY MOVIE POSTER REDESIGN

A practice on vector drawings, layout, balance, and combining type and illustration.

I decided to focus my design on a more sinister part of the plot, while still incorporating the Roaring 20's vibe. I combined the following elements: the vector outline of the iconic Gatsby Rolls-Royce, the green light, and the blood/wine spilling out from the 'Y' of 'Gatsby' to create the final design.
